Which programs do the templates work in?
Every template works in Microsoft Excel and in free Google Sheets. To use Google Sheets, go to sheets.google.com, then File, Import, and upload the file.
Can I use the templates on a Mac, iPad or phone?
Yes. Open the file in Excel for Mac, or import it into Google Sheets and use the Google Sheets app on your phone or tablet.
How do I get my file after buying?
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page straight after payment and is also emailed to you. If you can't find the email, check your junk or spam folder.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the template is yours to keep and reuse for as long as you like.
Can I change the currency?
Yes. Pick your currency on the Start Here tab and the column headings update to match.
Can I share a template with my partner?
Yes, you can share it with people in your household, for example by sharing it in Google Sheets. Please don't share, resell or post the file publicly.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the templates are digital downloads, we don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll fix or replace it, and refund you if we can't.

Is my information private?
Yes. The spreadsheet lives on your own device or in your own Google Drive. We never see anything you type into it.
