Refund policy

All Tidy Sheets templates are digital downloads. There is nothing physical to send back, and once a file has been downloaded it can't be returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final once your download has been accessed.

No refunds after download

When you place an order, you agree that your template is delivered to you immediately. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel as soon as the download link is provided, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We record when each download link is accessed. If a file has been downloaded, we will not issue a refund for:

  • changing your mind
  • buying the wrong template, or buying the same template twice
  • no longer needing the template
  • not having the software to open it (every template works in free Google Sheets)
  • not liking the design or layout, when it matches the product description and images

Faulty files

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. If your file is genuinely faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description or screenshot of the problem. We'll first send a working replacement or fix the issue. A refund is only given if we're unable to fix or replace the file.

Accidentally never downloaded?

If you bought in error and haven't downloaded your file, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll check your order. If the download link hasn't been accessed, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Licence and fair use

Each purchase gives one person a licence for personal use. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the files. Chargebacks raised after a file has been downloaded will be disputed, with our download records provided as evidence.
