Life Admin Organiser

£6.00 GBP

Where everything is, in one place: accounts, insurance, household bills, important documents and the people to call, with renewal and expiry dates counted down.

What's inside

  • Overview: the next insurance renewals and document expiry dates, with anything coming up soon flagged
  • Accounts: bank, savings, pensions and borrowing: who with, whose, and how to get in
  • Insurance: every policy with its renewal date, yearly cost and claims number
  • Household: energy, water, council tax, broadband and other household accounts
  • Documents: where passports, licences, certificates and deeds are kept, and when they expire
  • Contacts and Notes for Family: the people to tell and the things someone would need to know if they had to step in

Good for

  • Getting the household paperwork sorted once and for all
  • Making sure a partner or family member knows where things are
  • Spotting passport and insurance renewals before they sneak up

Good to know

  • Never store passwords, PINs or full account numbers in it. Last four digits are enough
  • It is an organiser, not a will or a legal document
  • Works in Microsoft Excel and free Google Sheets
  • Instant download, one-off payment

Questions

How long does it take to arrive?

It's instant. This is a digital download, so nothing is posted and there's no delivery wait. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page straight after payment and is emailed to you too. If you can't see the email, check your junk or spam folder.

Which countries can I buy from?

You can buy from the UK and the United States. US prices are shown in US dollars, and you can switch the spreadsheet to $ on the Start Here tab. We're working on opening up to more countries, so join our email list below to hear first.

Do I need Excel?

No. It works in Microsoft Excel and in free Google Sheets. In Google Sheets, go to File, Import, Upload and choose the file.

Will it work on a Mac, iPad or phone?

Yes, in Excel for Mac or Google Sheets in any browser. The Google Sheets app is handy for quick updates on your phone, but setting it up is easier on a bigger screen. Apple Numbers can open the file, but some features may not work the same.

Can I use it again next year?

Yes. It's a one-off payment with no subscription. Keep a clean copy and start a fresh one whenever you like.

How do I get my file?

You'll get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email as soon as you've paid.

Is this financial advice?

No. It's a planning tool that does the maths for you. For free, impartial guidance, see MoneyHelper.
